final positions indicate the two H2 remain H2 i.e. bond hasn't been broken, the distances computed was 0.71A for the first pair (greens), and 0.70A for the second (blues). Calculation of the distance between H2 suggests that there is no interaction between the hydrogens, distance computed is 3.32A
