ELECTRON DENSITY for hydrogen

  • AViz was designed to draw many atoms, bonds, spins, quadrupoles from .xyz datafiles.

  • An object as dot option was built in to enable adjustment of paramters quickly, without full rendering.

  • The H images drawn by calculating electron density from analytic solution, dividing the volume into cubes and drawing dots at random points in each cube of a number and color selected according to the local electron density, see Joey's website.
